    Homerun Hitting Contest was unwatchable

MLB & broadcast partners have ruined this event with the clock and the short BP pitching location. The ESPN cameramen could not keep up with each pitch. They were swinging the camera around like a two year old trying to film something.
We couldn't even see homeruns, just the pitch and a swing and maybe a quick look to the outfield with the camera panning all over to try to find the ball. Either the director was drunk or blind or was inept, and with the split screen they couldn't match the speed at which the pitches were tossed to the batter. MLB needs to kill the clock and go back to outs. They could also push the pitcher to the real mound, which would also slow the pace of the event and enable the cameramen to actually track and find the ball. It was terrible. And the T-Mobile colors on the screen made me gag as if I was watching LIV golf on the CW. Not good.

I gave up watching this many years ago.
When you say it's gonna happen now
    When exactly do you mean?
