Looking out my window right now, its perfectly sunny and decently warm. I dont think rain's gonna be a problem. :D (or at least I hope it wont be)

An ugly, ugly game on both sides. Its a good old fashioned slugfest, with not that much slugging and a lot of crappy pitching.

Does this rank up there with the 10 runs in 4 ip on the scale of Pedro badness? I'm sure he'll bounce back, no doubt about it actually, but it is kind of unsettling, especially since he's scheduled to go against the mfy in the bronx (I think he still is, isnt he?).

I guess the sox are making up for the game drought by going into extra innings, as they are so fond of doing. I cant take this anymore. Just win 'em in regulation guys.

I think what we have here is a case of poor managerial skills. Sorry Terry, but you just CAN'T go through that many pitchers. You have Timlin - make him go a FULL innings. Have Malaska go 2, have Embree go 2. How about Williamson, a former starter? Any reason he can't do long relief? Instead, the Sox are now on their 7th pitcher, Arroyo, who is scheduled to start this weekend. He gave up a HR to the 1st batter he faced.

If Ortiz, Manny, and Millar can keep it alive...I'm still sticking to what I said. You're wasting talent, Terry. Put Castillo against the Orioles, give him some time to get into the season. It's going to be very difficult pitching him against the Yankees for his 1st major league appearance since '02.

Good luck for the rest of the night Boston, see y'all tomorrow.
