4. Pirates
5. Blue Jays
6. Braves
7. Marlins
8. Padres
9. Astros
10. Orioles
11. Rangers
12. Indians
13. Phillies
14. Giants
15. A's
16. Devil Rays
17. Cardinals
18. Reds
19. Cubs (since Noah's commish I assume he submits his roster beforehand)
20. Mets (same with Bonds)

INACTIVE (people who don't submit rosters)

22. White Sox
24. Brewers (think he should be let back in the league no one else will do this team
25. Yankees
26. Twins
27. Angels



The inactive teams are the ones who are avaible, I think.

27. Rockies
28. Tigers
29. Mariners

2. A couple of those teams have made some recent trades so they are active
3. I don't think any team should be declared available until their owner officially resigns.

Well Radgeta is the twins. The angels is Calvinhobs. Tigers, W Sox and Seattle are active but dont submit lineups...

3. Some people have not submitted lineups or trades so I think we should just declare them inactive.

I have a team, and I am active...but I'm considering resigning as GM....didn't realize the time this thing took.
