I have noticed how stacked the Rangers team is (not saying it's a bad thing good gm thing) but he cant possibly afford the team next year or hes pushing the cap this year

It's baseball. There is no salary cap, although there should be.

Yes but I remember that Atlanta had a deal vetoed because they didn't have enough money. I think he means does Texas have enough money right now to pay all of their guys.

No but all teams have a budget, I believe the Rangers have a max of a 75-80 million dollar room. I don't see how the have the money to keep all their players.

they only have 2 or 3 high payed players so they can afford to keep their players

Atlanta's deal was vetoed becasue tehy were supposed to be giving cash as part of it, and tehy had already used up all their availible cash.
