Question For Bonds

IS the money the team currently has for FA signings all they get?
Almost every team had negative cash what about his?

We're bypassing OOTP's financial system and just using our own.

They have 3 different categories for money and that's just stupid.

Looks like I misestimated the revenue by about 5 million dollars (most teams made from 76-79 million dollars). Every team will get 5 million deposited in their cash account :)
