The Yankees won't win the WS this year.

Note: I didn't write this, and for a couple of these he's really reaching... but I just figured I'd pass it along.

I like the part that says, "Carl Pavano has a career ERA that's north of 4.00." Even more proof of how just one season can overrate this guy so badly.

Actually, they do bring up points for the Yankees, and every team's fans thinks they are biased. They do the best they can to get a story to get people to watch/read what they have to say.

i'm sick of the carl pavano has a career era this and that. here's a newsflash, prior to this year ben sheets had a career era in the 4.5's!

pavano is not a crap pitcher. i'm not sure he's worth 10 mill per but i'll tell you one thing, my fav pitcher ever isn't worth the 13 he's getting. that doesn't mean pavano is crap though. i don't think he'll be able to put up an era lower than 3.4 but hey, 3.45 era isn't too shabby these days.

He doesn't strike anybody out and his going to the team who was 7th out of 14 in defensive efficiency last year. That's not good. The Marlins were 3rd out of 16.

You're right He needs to go to a team with gold glove infielders...oh, wait....

Can't wait until the day when people use real fielding stats and not some award that a firstbaseman who plays in 28 games can get...
