Hello, all. I noticed the little invite to this forum and thought Id take the opportunity to introduce myself. Names' Derek, nice to meet you all....uhm....yeah.


Been a Sox fan for a little over a year, since last April, so forgive me if I mess up a few details here and there....Im glad to be part of a Red sox forum, finally, and I hope to become a regular real soon.

Well, Bellhorn lovers rock! What can we say? I love Youk, too but the most recent game I went to (May 9) They booed him, I was like "SHUT UP"

Are you sure they weren't saying "yoooooooooooouk", akin to how we said "louuuuuuuuuuu" for lou merloni a few years back?

I swear they were booing... either that or I just wasn't hearing right. You could be right because Youk hadn't played in the other games I went to.

Nah, I can be sure they Youking. He hasn't really done anything noteworthy of booing.

Yeah, they were Youking... I'm sure bout 99.9% of Red Sox nation is in support of him, mainly because, well... he gets on base and plays good defense (both which should be good enough for him to get more playing time in the majors).

I'm sorry I registered there but got bored of the inactivity. Invisionfree never works out and invision is too much. Were not all loaded like yeszir.

I'm a broke soon to be college freshman, hardly loaded :lol:. The costs of Talksox are pretty much covered by the ads.

I like the ads here, because the google ones match the background and are out of the way, and the other ones are small. Good choice of ads!
