Portland's case:

DC, Mexico, Las Vegas:

It'll certainly be interesting to see where they end up. I'd like to see them in Portland though. It's the largest metropolitan area without a MLB franchise.

I would love to see them end up in Washington DC. They would draw a lot more fans and a nice rivalry could develop between expos and o's. Just as long as they dont stick in Montreal. I'm sick of watching tv and seeing the stands empty except for 5 people.

I want the DC area to get the 'Spos only because it wouldn't screw up the divisions in the NL. If the Expos moved to Portland, then they'd have to change all the team's division alignment and whatnot. I just don't feel like seeing teams in defferent divisions. But that's just me.

I think that rumor is all but gone now, considering the effort some cities are making to get this franchise. I heard it as well though, that Boston would get them for the NL, because we're so passionate about baseball here. It wont happen though.

I see them going to DC, despite Portland's bid. And Mexico is a joke, there won't be a big enough fan base to support the team down there I don't think. Unless it was in Mexico City.

DC is most likely where they'll end up, Baltimore resistance be damned. I'm sure a nice rivalry would develop between them and the O's too, after a few years, even though they would be in seperate leagues. They'd compete for attendance at least.
