Well that's it. The D-Backs traded 6 players to get Richie Sexson, only to have him land on the DL for the season. At least they have some good backup in Hillenbrand - who's been real hot recently. 8 for his last 16, with 2 doubles, a HR, and 5 RBIs. He's also scored 6 runs in that stretch.

That's really a shame because he was off to a great start. He's a very likeable player, and should be one of the better hitters for years to come.

I wasted a fourth-round pick on Big Sexy. At the time, I thought it was a bargain. Oh well, I still have Ortiz, D-Lee and Feliz who are 1B eligible.

That really stinks for the D-Backs. They said that they would still sign him.

(I guess the D-Backs realized that they gave up too much just to let go of him :D )

If it's relevant it's fine. Like if he was wondering where Wilton Veras is it's ok to bump old threads and things. It's random comments on Richie Sexson and Ben Affleck which are kind of weird.

If you're looking for something specific I don't care, but if you're going to find some random thread from two years ago so you can tell us that Richie Sexson is going to have a good year, it's a bit annoying.
