Hmmm maybe Bloom is after Kevin Gausman ? 4 years 80 with escalating bonuses into mid 90s .Then sign Correa and make some moves .5 years takes Kevin to age 36 season not horrible so it may take 5 or 6 years ? If so he could top out say 120 to 136 ? He’s not an Ace but he’s filthy.Talking through this we can get our guy for 140 over 7 and spread it out ? I really want this guy .

Hopefully, a younger guy like Bello has a great first half and makes surprise starts in Boston, as well. Totally agree on strengthening the bullpen. A lights out bullpen wins a lot of games.

Agreed, all around.

I still think we'll trade for a top 2 slot pitcher and sign a couple lower to mid cost free agents that hopefully do better than Richards/Prerez/Andriese.

Is foltentiwisz still out there?

He reminds me of pivetta, in that he has issues with his mechanics that need sorting.

Hang’em Chaim seems to be good at figuring out how to get pitchers fixed.

Folty had one good year when his spin rates were out of control. Aside from that year, he’s been a 6th starter.
