I cheated and added some from the AAA roster I thought might compete for a job. (I should have noted who they were.)

They did list 27, not counting Pedey.
When you say it's gonna happen now
    When exactly do you mean?

Wong is below Chatham? That doesn't bode well. Chatham is likely a utility infielder at best. That's not necessarily a bad thing; it means he might actually make the majors. But I had higher hopes for Wong's actual hitting. I know there are issues regarding where he can actually play, however...

Ward should be higher than Chatham, too and probably #7 or 8.

Without a true position, it's hard to value Wong.

It really depends on what the ranking is based on. Is it likelihood of making the Majors? Is it likelihood of contributing in the Majors?

I think Ward is still ranked lower because there is a lot of uncertainty as to what his future will look like as he really came out of nowhere. Right now, they don't believe he has a ceiling as high as Mata's.

Agreed, and I have him lower than Mata, but how certain are we about Casas?

People seem to think he's a sure thing unless a fluke injury happens.

How different is that from the consensus about Lars Anderson?

18th rounder vs a 1st rounder. Which one is a more sure bet?

Lars was drafted in the days when players fell due to (perceived?) signability issues.

BA #17 vs BA #80. Which one is the safer bet?

Trey Ball never had any success. Dubon wasn't highly regarded until a few years into his career.
