Three weeks in. Usually I'm feeling better by now.

What are the symptoms? I've never known anybody that had it

For me, dizziness, loss of balance and nausea.

Sometimes, if I lean back in a chair, it feels like I'm going down the first drop of a rollercoaster. Sometimes, it just feels uncomfortable if I'm too close to another car when I'm driving. Increased sensitivity to light and sound.

I've had vertigo-like symptoms like you're describing off and on. Sometimes I think it has a lot to do with spending too much time glued to a computer screen.

I don't know if this applies to you or not, but there are neck exercises that can relieve vertigo in some cases. They have helped me sometimes.

The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.

Didn't Nick Esasky have to retire from baseball due to Vertigo brought on my a severe ear infection?

He had a career year with us back in '89: 30 Hrs and 100+ RBIs.
When you say it's gonna happen now
    When exactly do you mean?

Are you talking about the Epley Maneuver? I went to PT and the maneuver didn't work for me.

I've been wearing blue light blocking glasses since the summer and it's definitely helped with eye strain.

The worst moment I had this go around was last Tuesday when I didn't get out of bed until noon (aside from when I was hugging the toilet). I hadn't even looked at a computer screen since the week before since I was on vacation. I tend to feel like shit once a year in November and December. Allergies? Something is definitely messing with my inner ear though.

Yup. They diagnosed me last year with post concussion syndrome. I had a whole battery of tests and even got past my claustrophobia to hang out in an MRI machine for a long ass time (I just closed my eyes and pretended that all the loud noises were just part of the mech suit I was wearing in a post apocalyptic war).

No, I just do 4 basic neck exercises that my doctor gave me.

PT just gave me lots of eye exercises to do because I have increased double vision when I'm feeling like this.

This sounds like a miserable thing to go through. I hope you're feeling better soon.

if the concussion had occurred this year, I would have blamed head snaps from watching the Red Sox pitching staff.

Did the MRI results indicate any cause?
