If packers player the first half the way they did the second half it would have been different. Can’t sleep walk through an entire half against one of the best in the league.

NFL football can be hard to predict.
Championships since purchase by John Henry group: Red Sox 4 Yankees 1

The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.

I used to win more than I lost over many years, but one Sunday, my friends and I lost something like 28 out of 29 bets placed.

    I decided then to quit.

When one friend tried to double up by betting all he owed on the Phillies (Steve Carlton pitching) and lost, it cemented my decision.

If the Pats aren't in it, I almost always skip watching the Super Bowl. NFL games are so slow with too many commercial breaks. It really hurts the flow of it.

I have the same issue with NBA and college basketball. I was watching my Univ of Richmond Spiders beat George Mason last weekend, but the final 2 minutes took about a half hour to get through with all of the fouling.

This should be a great Super Bowl to watch.

    Both teams look pretty tight.

KC has the passing edge, but SF might be better defensively.

Patrick Mahomes is fun to watch. When it’s all said and done, we could be talking about him as the greatest of all time. He has everything you want in a QB

He needs a few rings and longevity before he gets in that conversation.

Mahomes right now is like 2011 Aaron Rodgers. The difference being that Rodgers was 28 when he had that monster season, whereas Mahomes is only 24. He is certainly great right now but like mvp said, longevity will be the main factor in how great.

Right now he's early Randall Cunningham. I hope he stays healthy and can play at a high level for a long time.

(Obviously not the same exact skill set, but similar in terms of the excitement he brings to the game)

Well yeah, I was saying when it was all said and done. Obviously we can’t put him in that conversation after two seasons. I was simply pointing out just how good he is at a young age. He has everything you want in a QB, arm strength, decision making, athleticism, high football IQ. He has the potential to be a great one

Yeah he is. 3 comebacks in a row in the playoffs. That's crazy.

If Shanahan wasn't such an idiot the niners would of won that game. How do you not run the damn football when you're avg just about 7 yards a carry? Like wtf. I'm sorry but the niners lost that game more than the chiefs winning it. And not to mention his other idiot move to not call time in the first half to get some more points. Total blunder on his part for this game.

He's played 2 seasons. Granted, two extremely impressive seasons.

But he also has an excellent O-line and a receiving corps with two of the fastest human beings on planet Earth on it. And for all the "bust" talk that Sammy Watkins carries with him, the man has some of the best hands among all receivers in the NFL.

Let's see how Mahomes does with varying quality in the O-Line that comes over the years, and with various receivers before we label him the best all time at anything.

But I'm OK with calling him the best QB in the NFL right now...
