I actually submitted through turbo tax. It was the first year I ever had to pay, only about 500 bucks. Cause I wasn't expecting money back, I really didn't pay attention as my turbo tax email is a junk email address I don't look at much. We'll, I thought it was paid until this year and then found out my wifes pin was incorrect. She has a pin cause someone got her social security and tried to file a while back.
In short, I have to pay for 2019 tax. I could print out the turbo form I have which is like 123 pages and send. But it seems like over kill to print that, send that with a check, and then see what they want me to pay for a penalty.
Any of you accounts run into that? I'd guess not cause you all seem like corp accountants. Thought I'd ask anyway.

I'm drowning in other people's debt. Me personally? I had to take "a second" to help finance my kid's education. They both worked 25+ hrs/ week to get there. I'm not asking for a f'n thing! By the time my last is done, somebody will wipe all non-____ debt off the books, but my kid will likely still keep paying....

Thanks. I don't think I have ever worked harder or worked more hours than I did this past school year, even in my first year of teaching. And I know that this is the overwhelming consensus among teachers. I am ready for some down time.

You guys start almost a full month earlier than we do. Of course, you get out much earlier as well.
We used to start in the 3rd or 4th week in August, but they wanted to balance the two semesters with winter break being the end of S1.
With it being so damn hot here in August, I welcome the change. It's usually a little cooler, or should I say, "less hot & humid" in early June, when we start vacation.
