Works both ways, we couldn't score against them either. even with the bases juiced and no outs.
Hating the Yankees like it's a religion since 94'

Agreed. I don't know how we could possible ONLY go for a left reliever. Yes, the offense is on a torrid pace right now, but in the playoffs we could use some good pitching.

    Grab a solid SP now!!

because that's as easy as getting a hamburger. No one is giving up a starting pitcher for anything less than the moon. Forget it. Our best hope is that one of the younger guys, Weiland or Miller or Doubront, steps up.
If history tells us anything, the path to redeption for any bad baseball team is marked with a deep rotation of durable starters, a world class defense in both infield and outfield, a lineup that can generate runs in more than one way, a bullpen that won't steal defeat from the jaws of victory, and a top end catcher to hold the whole package together. These are the conditions by which victory is achieved, anything that does not accomplish these objectives is a waste of resources.

If we gonna bring a long term solid SP give 'em the moon. You have to, if you want to; there isn't other way; Do we need it? Yes!. Nobody said that it was gonna be easy like getting a hamburger, but that's Theo's and FO's job, and that's what they are paid for among other. We are the 26th QS team in all baseball, unacceptable for a WS contender. I'm not asking for the top 5, but at least be in the top 10-15 in that category. We need balance; Is not like our offense always gonna give us those 10 Rs games.

I don't see it happen but if I was the GM I'd do the impossible in order to happen.
