I agree with everything except for the last idea. I think that Yeszir should assign the teams. Otherwise there will be too much complaining and bitching over who gets what team. So this should be the easiest way. As for everything else, I think it is a great idea.

Why does it matter? All teams will be even, and the draft is done at random.
