What's with this guy, he seems like he could help out sometime. He was minor leaguer of the year with Baltimore. What else can we say about him?
Not much in terms of upside. He doesn't throw very hard, but he does change speeds well and is fairly good at locating. He just doesn't do enough all that well to push him over the edge as a regular contributing member of a rotation.

He shouldn't really be considered a prospect. He's getting up there in years and has mediocre stuff. Could make it for a weak team as a #5, but he'd never sniff our rotation unless the team plane crashed.
