    The Milwaukee Brewers have no qualms with Christian Yelich's seven-year, $49.57 million contract, as Yelich has posted 15.4 fWAR, valued at $123.1 million, over the last two seasons alone.

    If contracts are not guaranteed, a player would be free to jump ship at any time.

    That's not how it works in the NFL. The only option is to hold out, and while MLB rarely sees that issue, it has happened, notably in the 1990-1991 off-season when both reigning MVP's Rickey Henderson and Barry Bonds held out....

    In retrospect, I'm glad he came to the Sox.

    It was nice to see the FO get depantsed like that with:
    1. dumb panda hats
    2. a broken belt buckle
    3. a player that had previous weight/health concerns that were already blasted to the media
