    Podcast Recommendations

My drive time is getting a little tedious lately. Anyone have any good podcasts to recommend?

I currently listen to We Hate Movies (great), Celebration Rock (ok rock music critiquing), Skald (storytelling) and Hardcore History (fantastic, but not updated very frequently).

    Anything NPR is good.

This American Life is amazing. They take a subject and have three people tell you a real life story about that topic. The topic could be anything from mousetraps to revenge.

The Moth is great also. People tell a story that happened in their life, no editing, no notes. I've seen the show here in Austin.

    Serial
This was the most listened to podcast recently. They take one topic and dig into the subject over multiple casts. They have only done one, and are now on their second. The first one was about someone who has a life in jail sentence, but may not should have been convicted. This show is pretty amazing.

    RadioLab
    They discuss interesting topics.

    All of these are incredible.
In the town where I was born
Lived a man who sailed to sea
And he told us of his life
    In the land of submarines
So we sailed up to the sun
'Til we found a sea of green
And we lived beneath the waves
    In our yellow submarine

How to do everything is very entertaining. A 20 minute show about pretty much nothing but the episodes are usually funny.
