    SoxnCycles nailed it with the 20 grand mark. A couple years ago I spoke with a guy that owned one. It was really well taken care of. He said it was worth 20 grand.......

    They also use a Continental in the show Entourage..

    A couple of nice old caddys!

    Another thing to consider is paint and body work.
    If you can find a car with a solid body and decent paint (shouldn't be too difficult, you not living in the rust belt), you'll be ahead of the game.

    Rebuilding a motor is easier for a backyard mechanic than painting and body work.
    Both can be expensive to have done professionally.
