The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.
He also wants a billion dollars for a brand new stadium somewhere else in Baltimore. He sucks like most of the ultra wealthy.

Instead of just owning the ballpark, he wants to own all the land around it similar to the new Braves stadium. It's no longer "build a baseball stadium and it'll revitalize downtown," it's "give lots of money so that a billionaire can own a massive development."
