Last night they were tough and claw back after Porcello laid an egg early. Let's cut the magic down 1 or clinch with the Rays help out a little.

4-0 Indians, bottom of 7th, time running out for Astros, for any significance to this series, for Astros. If Indians win Astros absolutely have to win tonight.

"Hating the Yankees like it's a religion since 94'" RIP Mike.
"It's also a simple and indisputable fact that WAR isn't the be-all end-all in valuations, especially in real life. Wanna know why? Because an ace in run-prevention for 120 innings means more often than not, a sub-standard pitcher covering for the rest of the IP that pitcher fails to provide. You can't see value in a vacuum when a player does not provide full-time production."

6. Hanley Ramirez (R) DH
7. Rafael Devers (L) 3B

9. Jackie Bradley Jr. (L) CF
Exactly right. Last night's game had that quality as well even though the Jays were just spoilers. No question we badly needed that win.
Peacock has the better ERA, but I like ERod tonight because he is starting to look like a real starter in his last 4 games. I'm guessing Betts is back in RF too. In fact, I see--
Bogie
Pedey
Beni
Betts
Moreland
HanRam
Devers
Vazquez
JBJ
Probably the wrong order, but I see those guys in the lineup against a righty starter.
Honestly, people, I made that lineup up without benefit of Station 13 or wherever got the right lineup from.

Tonight's game is the key to winning the ALE IMO. If we win we are a lock to win it. If we lose, well, Fister is pitching tomorrow against the best offense in the league. Nuff said. Lose and both Pom and Sale have to win...a tough assignment. I am not counting on the Yankees to lose another game.
