Mookie timing is bad at the plate.

Dwight Evans used to make throws like that. Teams literally stopped going first to 3rd on him.

Roberto Clemente was great. Dave PArker's throw in the All-Star Game (1979?) nailing Jim Rice at the plate.

Of course, those were all right fielders.
The Yankees could go 0-162 and it wouldn't be enough

I don't think he's quite right yet; he has not looked good most of this trip.

The good news: Sale doesn't get the loss.
The bad news: There is no more good news.

Devers has a decent night at the plate; he may be coming around offensively. Would have been nice had either of his hits happened his first time up though.

Well, they have to win the next two to take the series. Incoherent loss.

Well, the SOX didn't lose any ground to the O's.

We can't win them all, but then again, they have a ridiculous knack for losing Sale's starts,
