If he gives us 5 or 6 scoreless innings come playoffs I’ll take it.

Kelly is an assclown like his Jim Buchanan alter ego.

Kelly eventually gives you a pitch like pitch 6 or a grooved FB and Kablaam!

Leon and Kelly in the game thread crosshairs today!

Wow Kelly survived a inning granted Stanton and Dilo aren’t playing so by no means does it mean he should be on playoff roster Cora

Hate Kelly if you want, but he still has the best arm in this SOX BP. I would have him on the PO roster. Who knows? Maybe he'll get hot at the right time. What's more worrisome than Kelly is Sale. I thought he might throw a couple of innings today. The last time he was exposed on the mound Sale's FB was 91. The excuse was mechanical problems. Well, that will be answered Friday and, hopefully, he's back to 97.

Just a thought. Has any team in recent memory won 100+ games and had so many question marks concerning their BP going into the PO's like this SOX team?

Yes, last year. Houston's 2017 bullpen had a 4.27 ERA - and they were even worse in the playoffs.

Do you feel a little better now?

No , because Houston's BP won't be replacing ours.

Even though we’re resting guys getting Workman and Erod and Cuestes get lit up by Yankees make me nervous facing them in playoffs we’re resting guys so offense doesn’t worry me but pitchers still need to pitch well for the few innings there used
