Costas had an interesting tidbit tonight

With the retirements of Carlos Beltran and Bartolo Colon, there are no more major leaguers who played in the 20th century.

If you think about it, it’s not surprising, but it still made me feel old.
The Yankees could go 0-162 and it wouldn't be enough

You start to feel older when (1) a player you watched play is hired as a manager; (2) a player you watched play ends up in the booth announcing games.

The closest one of those for me would be Aaron Boone or Cora. I don't remember either one playing, but I was certainly alive and well during that time

What about Jose Canseco? I'm pretty sure he still plays for the CornBelters.

You were too young in 2007 when Cora got his first World Series ring with the Red Sox?
