    Stop Jacko. Seriously, just stop.

True. Get ready for the Red Sox very unexpected 25-5 run over the next month!

Meh can't blame him for pouncing on the opportunity to say "The Sox time is done" Every Yankees fan is probably creaming in their pants right now with big stupid grins on their face. Lucky for us we won't have to witness a Yankees World Series still. They will get destroyed in the first round and blame injuries (if they even make playoffs)

Interesting and very telling stat of the day, which is actually from yesterday and doesn't include last night's game:

    Red Sox Stats‏ @redsoxstats 11h11 hours ago

In high leverage moments so far:

    204/298/319 Sox batters

    356/417/578 Sox pitchers allowing

    Good observation.
Championships since purchase by John Henry group: Red Sox 4 Yankees 1

The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.

Is Nunez about to become the scapegoat for the dismal start to the season ? The next favorite whipping boy ? Stay tuned . Meanwhile , the big concern should still be the bullpen. Every close game with the Yankees will come down to a battle of the bullpens . Let's be honest ; we don't match up very well .

Nah. But when you're hitting .159 and you're a lousy fielder, it puts you 'in the conversation'.

At this point he is fitting in nicely with everyone. JBJ, Pearce, Brock Holt, Mookie Betts..... The entire offense outside of Martinez, Bogaerts, Moreland maybe have been pretty awful. Starting rotation was god awful until recently but now the bullpen seems to be shitting the bed. Hard to pick someone as a scapegoat when the entire team is playing so damn bad.

Good points. Nunez has the worst WAR on the team, -.6. But right behind him are JBJ at -.4, Pearce at -.4, and Pedey at -.4.
