9/27 Orioles (Wojo) at Red Sox (Eovaldi)

It would be nice to see Eovaldi finish the season on a positive note, at least, to give us some hope for next year.

As fans, let's not finish the season like a bunch of sad sacks.
Championships since purchase by John Henry group: Red Sox 4 Yankees 1

The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.

Sox going out with a whimper. hopefully we will have some post season GT's just for fun.

Then I have a suspicion that Sox management is going to try to compel a hot hot stove off season just to keep the interest up if nothing else. I don't think MLB can afford teams to have quiet dormant off seasons.

Don’t worry Jung Oakland will go to the World Series. We can cheer for them.

Im guessing a couple of them will not be playing at all.
The Yankees could go 0-162 and it wouldn't be enough

Sam Travis sounds like a boy scout protecting the forest from fire.

Having EO next year will be like Porcello never left.
