    It appears to not be.

I actually thought all I would see about Kobe today was stories about LeBron passing Kobe on the all time scoring list last night.

RIP Kobe Bryant. One of the greatest players ever...

    Tragic.

My daughter is really broken up. He was her favorite athlete.
Championships since purchase by John Henry group: Red Sox 4 Yankees 1

The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.

I grew up on Michael, I watched Kobe through my 20s into mid 30s. Kobe was the great transition from Michael to Lebron. Kobe was just a winner. Man, this sucks
    Hal sucks

There is a Cape Cod League and Red Sox connection to this tragedy as well...

Sadly, it is times like this we remember the important things in life, tomorrow has never been guaranteed, and the planet would be a far better place if we all knew today was our last day on the Earth. Our family sends our deepest condolence to the Bryant and Altobelli families and others affected by this tragic accident. May the merciful Creator uphold you all in your grief, and assure you of their survival in the celestial event of Eternity....R.I.P. # 8 and # 14 27540698_2085517348384133_1197141611480975165_n.jpg

    He was a rapist.

But, but, but, he was a Girl Dad.

    Right.
"Hating the Yankees like it's a religion since 94'" RIP Mike.

"It's also a simple and indisputable fact that WAR isn't the be-all end-all in valuations, especially in real life. Wanna know why? Because an ace in run-prevention for 120 innings means more often than not, a sub-standard pitcher covering for the rest of the IP that pitcher fails to provide. You can't see value in a vacuum when a player does not provide full-time production."
