    I agree that Orsillo is better than O'Brien.

    NESN thought McDonough was making too much money back then. If I were O'Brien I would be looking over my shoulder since McDonough has his old gig at least part time at WEEI.

    It really comes down to personal preference. McDonough was a great play by play guy, but was really dry and boring depending on the game. At least with Orsillo, you could have an announcing team that was interesting to listen to even if the game was dull. O'Brien is fine enough.
