Well, with our record in recent drafts, throwing a dart may help us.
When you say it's gonna happen now
    When exactly do you mean?

I wasn't really thinking about "tanking." My top draft pick idea came to me after looking at our projected rotation.

    @TheAthleticBOS
It'll be 3 guys sitting in a studio calling a game on TV that's being played nowhere near them.

Here's how NESN plans to make Red Sox games feel like normal this year

Couldn't be any worse than a normal NESN broadcast.

As long as I still get Eck roasting players on both teams when they do something stupid, I don't care what they do

Does Remy stay away due to health concerns? Have him on a Teams meeting from his house?

I believe Eck lives in the Bay Area, so I bet they put more of a focus on bringing in local talent (why DiNardo is on all the time).

"NESN plans to have analysts Jerry Remy and Dennis Eckersley, and play-by-play man Dave O’Brien call all 60 Red Sox games remotely from its studio in Watertown, Mass., this season, according to The Boston Globe."

A700 will be happy that there will be no Speier.

Per Heyman, the Braves have signed Yasiel Puig.

We can put an end to the Puig to the Red Sox rumors.

I've heard that he's not exactly a great presence in the clubhouse. That's probably why he's bounced around since leaving the Dodgers

I will miss giving the nerd alerts.

Then how will we know if there's a nerd... as we constantly type to strangers about how smart we are about constantly typing to strangers.

I like Alex Speier. The data Stat Masterson provides on-air complements the booth banter, and modernizes the broadcast with new perspective on veteran analysis and Ecknology.

The data is fine, it's his personality that's a problem.

I did not want the Sox to sign him for that very reason.
