    Voit looks like he lost a bit of weight in the off season.

    ERod looked real good. Change looked like he never had an off season. Just threw it like 2019 never ended.

    I don't think Valdez is going to make the team after that effort.

    I avoid watching ST games in their entirety. Half the time, the pitchers are working on something. Hence, you could be a guy like ERod get demolished if his intent was to work on his change and throw it 70% of the time. The only translatable thing (and I've said this for 16 years on message boards) is the velocity of pitchers come the final 2 weeks of camp. That is when they start to let it loose. You see a big velocity dip at that time and you get worried about a pitcher's health
    Hal sucks

    @SoxProspects
    Mike Shawaryn works around a couple of base runners, striking out the side in the top of the 8th. The 32nd ranked player on the #SP60 has yet to give up a run this Spring.

    Different lineup here:

    https://www.overthemonster.com/2020/...di-chavis-hart

    Benny LF
    Devers 3b
    XBo SS
    JD DH
    Chavis 1B
    Vaz C
    JBJ CF
    Pillar RF
    Peraza 2b

    That looks like an opening day lineup.

    EDIT:
    @ChrisCotillo
    Red Sox lineup today vs. HOU: Benintendi LF, Devers 3B, Bogaerts SS, Martinez DH, Chavis 1B, Vazquez C, Bradley CF, Pillar RF, Peraza 2B and Hart LHP

    Marco Hernandez was originally in it but was scratched, causing lots of shifting.

    If they had starting pitching, they'd be competing for a WC spot IMO.
