    Just signed a lease to a studio in downtown Quincy last week. A couple of people from I know from school are taking jobs in the city, so it didn't make sense to live with them.

    The most important thing might be access tot the T. In some parts of Boston, parking a car is more difficult than splitting an atom with a butter knife...

    Walking distance to red line. That was a non-negotiable for me. If I can't live/work in the city, I still want to have access to the city

    Ya that’s exactly how I am. Working at home is nice in the sense I can be In shorts, slack off a bit and have the tv on but I definitely have trouble doing the finance part of my job at home. Being in the office is so much easier. Also my spouse works from home and she has calls all day so it can get a bit frustrating and hard to concentrate
