Not yet. The older I get, the less I like anything M&M related. My MIL likes dropping off a huge bag of fun size M&M's that will have regular (whatever), caramel (no), peanut butter (no) and peanut (meh) varieties. A combo of peanut butter and regular is passable, but on their own it's not worth the calories.

I remember being 25 and actively trying to put on weight. Now that I'm older, it's a struggle to keep it off.

I'm in great shape though. I'm slowly going vegan. Just got off red meat. Next step is vegetarian. I eat really well compared to most people I know. A couple guys I know drink a shit ton and still have abs. I'm close to abs and I work my ass off. Not sure how they do it.

Being vegetarian didn't stop me from gaining weight as I got older.

That's not necessarily why I'm doing it. Just doing it for my overall health. If I eat and exercise the way I do now for the rest of my life, I shouldn't have to worry too much about gaining or losing weight.

I did put on 5-10 pounds during quarantine. That burned off in less than a week at the gym
