In the town where I was born
Lived a man who sailed to sea
And he told us of his life
In the land of submarines
So we sailed up to the sun
'Til we found a sea of green
And we lived beneath the waves
In our yellow submarine
No specific regimen, but I have been exercising 30 minutes a day for about 3 weeks. I just felt like I had been sitting around too much since the lock down and needed to get moving. I don't know what good it's doing, but I feel better just knowing that I have some activity in my daily routine.
Right now I'm sidelined with a pretty significant calf/lower leg injury, but before that I had a daily routine of running, doing weights for the upper body, and then doing legs and core exercises, mixed in with days devoted to golf. The leg workouts are tougher to do at home, so I'm hoping running and golfing suffice for now, at least until I can get back to my gym routine. But, right now I'm not doing anything. When I feel better, I'll be able to play golf, but I'll probably have to take a cart. It's like my own phased re-opening, but instead of being for the economy, it's for my body LOL

I worked out today with Sonic mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers and a shake with oreos in it.
I'm ready to take on that Russian in Rocky 3
