    It's coming from the stadium not the ESPN broadcast

    Well, it's probably a good thing they're trying to add something for the fans.

    Edwin Diaz with a nasty blown save.

    Closing isn't easy, as dgalehouse says.

    He's been sucking since the Mets got him. He was just awful last year. The Mets had a playoff caliber team last year, except the bullpen was a complete disaster.

    I heard that he hit 99 mph. Pretty amazing:

    Bard wins in 1st MLB game since '13, Rockies beat Texas 3-2

    It’s tougher when you just can’t pitch any more.

    He might not be long for the closer job. Jeurys Familia was lights out in his exhibition games...

    Closing ain't easy. Especially with the juiced ball . You think you made a good pitch , and the guy hits an opposite field homer . It's tough.

    @BroBible
    Joe Kelly told Carlos Correa "nice swing, bitch" "you gotta cheat to hit" after striking him out

    Thunder, your thoughts?

    Funny thing is, before the game started last night, my roommate and I were having a discussion about whether Buehler would go after hitters or not. I said they should use Kelly as an opener for the game tonight since it's on ESPN because you know he will get the job done. Just ask Tyler Austin (my roommate is a Yankees fan so I had to throw that jab in there). I love that man so much it's not even funny. One of the guys I will always root for even though he's not on my team anymore. Dodgers have a bunch of guys like that. Kelly, Pollock, and now Mookie. I might have to become a Dodgers fan during the postseason

    Yoenis Céspedes has gone AWOL. I hope he’s ok. Didn’t show up to the ballpark.

    If I had to guess he probably opted out, but decided not to tell anyone. It's a very Mets thing to happen.

    That's exactly what happened. What a way to end his contract with the Mets
