I hear their looking for a Brazier burger chef at the Dairy Queen. Can someone get Ryan an application?

Don't wait for the deadline. It's fire sale time. Get what you can and let's move on.

BRUINS play at noon tomorrow and the SOX play at 7. No conflict there, so I will get to enjoy another SOX/YANKEM thriller.

The Red Sox have given up 8 or more runs in five straight games.
Is that better than last year?

I'm guessing the main difference between this year and next year for the SOX is that there will be more games played next year.

I believe Americans are banned from traveling to London.

The 2 best pitchers that the Red Sox sent to the mound last night were position players. I can’t ever remember 2 position players pitching in the same game for the Red Sox. This is horrible and unwatchable.

SOX should trade Workman soon. It appears he's being affected by his fellow BP throwers.

They miss Sale, Price, ERod, and Porcello. We are rolling out 4 garbage cans every 5 days. A team has no chance to be competitive by putting Batting Practice pitchers on the mound. John MGraw and Casey Stengel and Earl Weaver could be managing this team and the results would be the same.

I’d cut him a break tonight. He’s a closer pitching in a blow-out game who hasn’t pitched in a week. I’d expect him to be much sharper next time out (assuming that’s not sometime around Labor Day).
The Yankees could go 0-162 and it wouldn't be enough

It's about getting better for 2021 and beyond.

Nothing personal about Workman. He's a good pitcher.
