With Houck, you would think his speculative value would have taken a leap.

It is possible Houck’s value changes for the better. As far as I can tell, they update players all the time and it doesn’t happen all at once with some mass update. As player projections for performance and salary change, they use them to create new values.

When that website first started, they were updating multiple times per year including in August/ September, which they stopped when one annoying poster named Notin told them to just skip late season updates for periods when trades weren’t allowed anyway and go right to off-season values...

They obviously work on projected performance and projected or known salary.

When I look to suggest trades on that site, I look at trying to even out the value by giving away players I think are rated higher than I value them.

I'm not saying the site is perfect.It is far from perfect, but I also think Chavis is duplicated value with Dalbec being better.

(I have actually suggested some trades involving Dalbec and us keeping Chavis (maybe sign a Moreland type for dirt cheap).

We will be having a small gathering outside at our daughter's fiance's home. It's been our "bubble" for months, but even then, this is just the 4th time we have gotten together since March. We've done nothing else, in terms of group settings.
