    8/29 Nats @ SOX 7:30PM EST

    Sanchez vs Mazza

This SOX team is so bad that even replacing RR with the great Bobby Valentine wouldn't turn this team around.

My calf hurts, and I have no confidence about either the Sox or the Bruins today. Yikes

I'm with you there, but the BRUINS' game is the only one that matters.

Damn, I hope my starting this game thread doesn't bring bad luck to the SOX. Oh, well, I'm pretty sure I won't be starting it tomorrow.

This year makes me long for the days of Allen Craig.

    They're probably drawing straws.

Speaking of the SOX line-up, I've seen better line-ups on DRAGNET.
Haven't used that one in a while.

The Bruins drank the Sox flavored Kool-Aid earlier. Tough to rebound 3-1 with Halak or the B's lack of scoring. Sort of like pitching and hitting in baseball.

If I was an optimist, I'd say it isn't over. If I was an optometrist, I'd say I don't see the BRUINS winning 3 in a row. Being a realist, I'd say it's over.

I've been watching a CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM marathon, and even in these troubled times, that show still makes me LOL.

I see that EO is on the 10 day IL with a calf sprain. I thought it was his arm we were supposed to be worried about.

I was hoping the MLB network would be televising tonight's game, but no, the SOX are so bad even MLB won't televise the games.

    I'm surprised NESN still is.
