    Because of all the leg injuries in baseball since the weight room became a thing, maybe it might be a better idea to substitute swimming pools for weight rooms.

    The majority of those leg injuries have occurred from the waist down , often to the parts of the legs themselves. For example, toes, ankles, knees, thighs, hips, hammies, etc. You could look it up.

    Well, the legs are usually located below the waist.

    Another of my baggage carries, Two Way Lin has no clue with a bat in his hand. Some of these never willbes need to go this winter.

    Seeing as how the SOX are going nowhere, wouldn't it be a good idea to allow Dalbec to face some LH pitching? Just a thought.
