Make it 10!!!! I'll be scoring again, so if we're at the 3 hour mark through 7 innings again, I won't exactly be thrilled

I don’t ever remember this many day games to start a season before.

It's a combination of the ongoing Derek Chauvin trial and the weather. Detroit and Minnesota have been scheduling only day games in April the last few years to prevent against insane cold or snow at night. Plus, this year, there is added initiative not to have people out at night

Nor do I. I listened to almost all the Sox games in 1954, but by then I think night baseball had pretty much taken over because I remember Ted Williams complaining that night baseball was bad for hitters.

Thunder is right. Either day games or no games in some ballparks in early April. Like Fenway Park and Target Field.

If he gives us a great or good outing, we will be looking very solid- for a 13 game sample size (over 1/15th of a season.
When you say it's gonna happen now
    When exactly do you mean?

I hope it's Reed: Mr. Fantastic. If it's Sue, we won't see her.

And if it's Keith, it's way too early in the day to be playing.
Championships since purchase by John Henry group: Red Sox 4 Yankees 1

The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.

How can anyone pitch well with a cigarette dangling from your lips?

As long as it's not Michael, we should be good. He's the last person you'd want to send to MN right now.
