Idk if that’s a good thing . Sale was always a candidate for tommy john with that violent delivery.

Tom Seaver, imho, had the best delivery to the plate. More leg, more body, less arm.

I'm guessing Houck may have a pitch limit around 60.

Houck lucky in the first with two hard hit balls caught--he was basically throwing to the middle of the strike zone.

Not so in the 2d inning.
