Seems to me he has had a rough time with playing time his entire career. Whitlock was a nice find but I am still not sure the Sox know where he should be on the pitching staff. We know where Renfroe should be....in RF....in the lineup.

How much shorter do you really think MiLB seasons are? C'mon man... The difference between a 162 game season and a 140ish game season, wouldn't be THAT much of a factor in games started.

You really think the Rays/Giants were sitting a 1st round pick on the bench?

Hurt or not, injury prone or not, Arroyo was a nice find. We got him off waivers at min cost.

Sure, Renfroe, Kike and Whitlock were better finds, but that doesn’t mean Arroyo was not a good find.
