Teel to me could be as high as #4. Excellent college resume (performance and level of competition) combined with a high likelihood of staying behind the plate. In terms of "likelhood of being a solid major leaguer" he leaps to near the very top of the Sox prospect pile. Really comes down to how you feel about the probability without QUITE as sexy a ceiling as other players.
I sure wish we had stayed under the tax line and gotten better picks.
