    Finally. Jansen gets them 1-2-3.

In his last 8 games before tonight:

    8G 7IP 7ER 5H 9BB 9.00ERA .965OPSA

Hopefully he’s now turned that corner…

Contending team? No white flags here…

    Baloney!

This took a superb start by Paxton, a great rally by the Sox--aided by the Indians lousy bullpen--and an excellent save by Jansen.

Also some pretty good defense. Ain't that something.
Good post. Somehow the SOX have to be moved into the Central Division.

Good win. Interrupted by my new tractor finally being delivered lol. Didn’t see after the Sox rally in the 8th. But all worked out in the end.

Paxton has been very impressive, obviously the biggest thing with him is keeping him healthy, but when he’s been healthy, he’s looked like our best starter.

My man Refsnyder with another big hit off a RH pitcher.
Championships since purchase by John Henry group: Red Sox 4 Yankees 1

The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.

    Refsnyder needs more playing time.

That 226 SLG must be just shy of MLB average too.
