Any word on Jansen ? Yesterday they said he was fatigued and feeling ill.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if this isn’t close to the opening day lineup next year. The biggest question mark would be if Dugy is still here.

I agree. If there's a new GM, he's gone. If Bloom is here, he doesn't find a trade partner and sits on Verdugo until he reaches FA.

Without JT, and Duvall, and if Story Land doesn’t somewhat get his bat working again some RHB with some pop will be needed.

I believe he'll be better next year. This is definitely a lost season for him.

He could be "better" next year and still be a weak bat. The real question is whether his OPS gets comfortably over .800. Rafaela so far is a partial solution to the righty bat issue--as Story could also be.

After those two--and assuming Duvall and Turner are gone--I don't see a lot of righty prowess and even less righty power. Abreu, Dugo, Yoshida, Devers, Casas, and Duran are all lefty bats. And Fenway is best suited for righty bats.

Thanks. That's what I was afraid of. Have to wonder about the rest of the team, especially the bullpen.

Wasn’t Bernardino out with it for a few days in the past week or 2?
The Yankees could go 0-162 and it wouldn't be enough

Yes he was, and it’s probably not the end of it.
