I seriously can't remember the last time Martin gave up a run.

The White Sox hit three line drives for three outs. This was not one of Martin's best outings.

Excellent game, however. Good pitching by the Sox and just enough hitting.

Just checked. In Martin's last 26 innings pitched he has given up 1 earned run. The fact that he mostly starts an inning makes that stat even more amazing.

Man, Story goes 3 for 4 and only gets up to .540.

Hope he can do much better in '24.

He's putting up Uehara type numbers.

20 pitches 1 out, run allowed. Great job

Trace Thompson who drives in the lead run is a .178/.636 hitter. Whitlock still not out of the inning with 2 RISP.

Cora, again, shoots himself in the game of bullpen roulette
They fucked him by putting him as a starter. He's never been the same since.

I still have faith he can return to form.

Remember, he did have hip surgery, last September.

    Raising false hopes, again.

I still would not count on anything from him. We need to plan our staff as if he won't pitch a single inning. If he does, it can be gravy.

    Probably the best.

Before tonight's game, his OPS Against was .575.
