This week, I've re-discovered the power of music, especially during the time we find ourselves in. I'm sitting down to work on a little bit of homework, with my Spotify on shuffle, and Your Love by The Outfield comes on. It's one of my top 5 favorite songs ever, and I haven't heard it in awhile. It's message is also applicable to our situation right now. For those 3+ minutes while I was screaming my heart out, I forgot about the situation I'm in. In general, I've been taking it one day at a time, and have found something positive to take away from quarantine, but still, it brightened by day right up.
This artists always makes me happy.

In the town where I was born
Lived a man who sailed to sea
And he told us of his life
In the land of submarines
So we sailed up to the sun
'Til we found a sea of green
And we lived beneath the waves
In our yellow submarine

Hurricane - Luke Combs
Or just any Luke Combs song in general. I've only ever not liked one song that this man has released.
This person was interviewed on NPR recently. One of the best Cello players in the world. He just played for the world on the show, bad skype quality and all on the show, I still found it moving.

Been singing this to the wife the last two weeks but replacing "myself" with "my face".
