YANKS, CAIRO AGREE: Reserve infielder Miguel Cairo reached a preliminary agreement with the Yankees yesterday on a one-year, $1 million deal. Cairo's contract is pending a physical, which is expected to be given this week.

Thats a god move. Cairo is a good player to have as a utility fielder, and is a hard nose player. One of the members of the team in recent years I hadnt even thought to boo at.
