I am curious to see how he intends to buy racial justice. We have been working at this for decades and as far as I can see little progress has been made. Its like the gun issue: people here are still allowed to buy and carry automatic weapons and are using them to kill masses of innocent victims. Every time it happens there is a clamor to fix the problem and at the end of the day nothing gets done.
Well, of course you can't buy it. I believe the aim is to financially support organizations who are trying to better things.

No one can buy an automatic weapon. An AR 15 is not an automatic weapon, it is a semi automatic. There is a huge difference.

No, there are not. There are no legal means of converting a semi-automatic weapon into an automatic weapon. Just like sawing off a shot gun would not be a legal modification.

If you buy a firearm from a private individual on the Internet, the transferor has to do the transfer using a Federal Firearms Licensed (FLL) dealer and the purchaser must take possession from an FFL on his end. The FFL on the purchasing end runs a background check. That is what is required.
