    It would make sense if Oakland still had Manaea to save him for Game 1 against us, since he no-hit us. But they don't even have that excuse.

    Their remaining starters are Trevor Cahill (who sucks), Edwin Jackson (who sucks) and Mike Fiers (who is a #4 on any respectable rotation). They don't have an ace. Their ace is their pen. They tried to utilize it. To this point, it has backfired. We are in the second inning after all
